How can I get reminders sent to me via email or text message?

You can have reminders sent to any email address you want, and/or to your mobile phone's email address. To set up the addresses that reminders are sent to, click on the "My info" link on the upper right of every screen.

Then select the email address and/or mobile phone number (you have to enter your mobile service too) to use for notifications.

Then click the "Save changes" button. Your new reminder settings are all set.

When are general email reminders actually sent?

Later today = 3 hours from now
Tomorrow morning = tomorrow at 9am
Tomorrow afternoon = tomorrow at 2pm
In a couple days = 48 hours from now
Next Monday = 9am next Monday
In a month = 30 days from right now

Can I set recurring reminders?

Yes. Click the "Reminders" link at the top of every screen.

Enter your reminder and select "At a specific time" from the pulldown.

Choose the specific time/date for the first reminder and then choose how often you want to be reminded (e.g. every day, every week, every two weeks, etc.).

Click the "Set reminder" button and the reminder will then appear on your list. The green icon next to it indicates that it is a recurring reminder.

How do I delete/change a reminder I've already set?

Go to the Reminders screen, hover over a reminder you've already set, click the "Edit" link that pops up, and edit the time or click the Trash icon to delete the reminder permanently.

Can I have reminders sent to my mobile phone?

As long as your phone has an email address (and your phone supports email), then yes, you can send reminders to your mobile phone. Nearly all mobile phone companies provide this service, but please consult with your cell phone company if you aren't sure if your phone or service supports email. Learn how to set up your account to send reminders to your mobile phone.

Can I get text message reminders if my carrier isn't listed?

At this time we only support the carriers listed in the dropdown menu. If yours is not listed, please let us know.
